CLAIMS
The Consumer Sales Act applies when it comes to claims. Renew Group will change faulty or broken products purchased on ZONEFLOORBALL.COM with no extra charge, under the condition that the product has broken by normal use and that the expected carefulness has been at hand. Breakage that is caused by noral wear-and-tear are not considered a claim.
Always contact us before you return a product that you want to claim. Send us an email to SUPPORT@ZONEFLOORBALL.COM with your order number, a picture of the product and a description of the claim.
Please note that claims are only handled if you have purchased the product directly from ZONEFLOORBALL. If your purchase is made at one of our resellers, you need to make your claim to that reseller. Remember to always attach the payment receipt of the purchase when you file a claim.
CLAIMS OF ZONEFLOORBALL STICKS
The character of play may cause breakage (no matter brand, model or price) in the product. It can happen at first use or after years of using it. This does not mean that it is a faulty product and a possible claim. The shaft is made of composite and/or glass fiber and according to the standards of the International Floorball Federation (IFF). If floorball sticks are exposed to extreme forces the material is designed to break for security reasons.
Claims will therefore only be accepted of products with manufacturing faults.
As a general rule manufacturing faults appear on a series of sticks or a complete batch of sticks rather than on a single stick.
Breakage and damages to the stick can happen during normal play. That does not mean that the product is faulty and unfortunately therefore not a valid reason for a claim.
